Which Myers-Briggs Types make the best leaders? (part 1)
With the increasing focus on effective leadership, I'm not surprised that this question came up.
"Which Myers-Briggs Types make the best leaders?"
Ok folks: realistically you know that there isn't really one best "leader" type. Different leaders are going to have different qualities that appeal to different people. You can Google "effective leadership qualities" or "great leaders" – but what we're really talking about here is leadership as it relates to the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator – a personality inventory that has absolutely no bearing on anyone's ability to lead effectively.
