If you feel hopeless, I will hold hope for you. If you feel helpless, I will remind you of how strong you are even if you don't feel strong in the moment. We all struggle to let go of our past, maybe an imperfect childhood or a traumatic romantic relationship. We all want a second chance to create the life we were supposed to have. Change is painful. And you may have to walk away from something, or someone, who no longer serves you.

I have been fortunate to find therapists who changed my life, but I have also walked away from some who didn't feel like a good fit. I am emotionally invested in improving your life and helping you grow into the person you want to be. Many of my patients are highly successful in their careers, but struggle to find a work/life balance that makes them happy.

Does your child's Friend Group control their every move? Friend Groups can breed bullying, increase delinquent behavior, and create competition. In this group, tweens and teens have the opportunity to step away from their Friend Group and learn to navigate peer conflicts and problem-solve social issues. Group meets once a month and is $160 per session, no insurance accepted. Each referral earns $30 discount. Call or email to register your tween or teen today!
